My name is Badr, a Dutch-Moroccan entrepreneur and investor with a passion for growth, people, and purpose.

I grew up in the Netherlands, balancing two worlds — my Moroccan roots and a European mindset. That duality taught me how to adapt, connect, and build something meaningful from every experience.
 

I started my journey in education, earning my Bachelor’s degree while constantly questioning if the traditional system truly fit me. Over time, I realized that my path was meant to go beyond it — to create opportunities and inspire others to grow in their own way.
 

That vision led me to build Mogador Coaching BV and Collect2Learn Youth Center, where we focus on personal development, education, and youth empowerment.
Each project reflects a part of who I am: driven, values-based, and deeply connected to people.
 

Today, I’m expanding my focus toward investments and real estate development, with properties in Dakhla, Marrakech (Hivernage), and Dubai Hills. For me, entrepreneurship isn’t just about business — it’s about building a legacy, creating value, and helping others rise along the way.
